Today, we have a lot of content available on the internet about Project and Program Management. However, I feel the best way to learn is through hands-on experience. We also gain a lot of knowledge by observing experienced PMs and from their best practices and lessons learned sessions. I am sharing some templates and documents which are the common point of reference for all project and program managers.
